Setesdal women's cardigan in Peer Gynt can be knitted both from the top down and from the bottom up, with or without ribbing on the body and sleeves. This one has ribbing.

Product information
Work cardigan from neck down.
Beg to cast on sts for right front, back and left front. Work pattern back and forth, at the same time cast on sts for neckline. Join work and cont in rnds until full length. Cut at middle front and for each armhole, and work front bands, neckband and sleeves.
