🎄✨ Christmas Delivery Deadline Dates ✨🎄
- Thursday 18th December for Royal Mail Tracked 24
- Wednesday 17th December for Royal Mail Tracked 48 (Royal Mail 48 is applicable to letter parcels only).
🎄 These dates apply to UK orders only. For international orders, delivery times can vary widely depending on the destination and each country's postal service. Once a parcel leaves the UK, it's in the hands of the receiving country's postal system, and delays are quite common at this time of year. If you're ordering internationally and hoping for delivery before Christmas, it's best to order as early as possible.
🎄 Postal services get very busy at this time of year and delays can happen, so parcels may take a little longer than usual to arrive.
🎄 Orders placed on or before the UK dates above should arrive in time for Christmas, but if you are gifting, it's always best to order sooner rather than later.
🎄 I'll still be posting orders after these dates and will keep sending parcels until Tuesday 23 December, though these will be past Royal Mail's Christmas delivery deadline.
🎄 Posting will pause over Christmas and resume when my local Post Office reopens on Monday 29 December. It will be closed on New Year's Day due to the bank holiday.
🎄 Once your parcel is with Royal Mail, delivery times are out of my hands. I have access to the same tracking system as you, and if something goes missing or is delayed I can submit a claim to Royal Mail and we'll wait for their decision.
🎄 Digital gift cards are sent instantly by email and aren't affected by posting dates, so they're a lovely option for last-minute gifting.
We are proud to offer Domestic and Worldwide shipping from our base in the UK, using Royal Mail for all orders.
Dispatch Times
We ship orders Monday to Saturday, excluding UK Bank Holidays.
We always do our best to get your order packed and on their way as quickly as possible! However, please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be dispatched—especially during busy times like the lead-up to Christmas.
As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive an automated confirmation email with all the details.
🇬🇧 UK Customers
All orders within the UK are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24, with the exception of Large Letter orders that apply only to orders that only contain patterns or needles which uses Royal Mail Tracked 48.
We offer free shipping for orders over £100 UK only
Please note: this does not guarantee delivery within 24/48 hours of placing your order. The “24” and "48" refers to Royal Mail’s aim to deliver within one or two working day(s) after your parcel has been dispatched — not from the time you place your order.
🌎 International Orders
Please note that orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees (such as import handling charges) when they arrive in your country. These charges are regulated by your local customs authorities and are not included in our prices or shipping fees – the customer (recipient) will be responsible for paying any such costs. We recommend checking your country’s import rules or duty thresholds so you’re aware of potential charges before ordering. Unfortunately, we have no control over these additional fees or any delays caused by customs processing.
All international orders are sent via Airmail and charges are based upon the weight of your order. All parcels are sent Tracked & Signed which also includes compensation up to £250 for loss.
International Shipping Charges
Shipping costs for international orders are based on the weight of your parcel and your delivery destination.
The exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout once your basket is complete and your delivery address is entered.
As a general guide:
Europe: shipping starts from £12.70 and can go up to £17.35
Rest of the World: shipping starts from £17.60 and can go up to £31.00
We unfortunately are not able to ship to USA right now.
If your order exceeds 2kg or requires special handling, we’ll contact you to arrange a suitable shipping option.
Europe orders usually arrive within 5-10 working days
Canada: orders usually arrive within 10 working days
Australia, New Zealand, Asia: orders usually take 2 - 4 weeks to arrive
Delivery Restrictions
We reserve the right to withhold delivery to any location at our sole discretion. This would typically only apply in rare cases where delivery is not viable or permitted.
Risk of Delivery
Responsibility for the goods passes to you once your order is dispatched. If you are unable to accept delivery, and the parcel is held in storage or returned to us, any additional costs incurred will be your responsibility.
