Top-down singlet with A-line shaping and crocheted scalloped edges.
Top-down trousers with elastic waistband and crocheted scalloped edges at the hem.
Both Singlet and Pants pattern included
Work singlet from top down in St-st. Begin to cast on sts for left and right side back, and work separately with inc for neckline. Join parts and inc for armholes. Work in same manner left and right side front, but with a deeper neckline. Join work and cont St-st in rnds, with inc to shape A-line skirt. Work 5 scallop edgings, evenly spaced at lower edge of singlet, appearing as layers. Work scallop edgings on neck edge and armhole edges.
Work pants from waist down in St-st. Beg to work double waistband for elastic band. Cont with turning rows for extra height at back. Inc sts at middle front and middle back for gusset before dividing work to cont with each leg separately. At finishing work 5 crochet scallop edgings, evenly spaced to appear as layers at lower edge of each leg.
Knitting Needles: Knitting Needle no. 3
Knitting tension: 27 sts = 10 cm
Accessories: Elastic band, 2½ cm wide, suitable length for waist
