Work sweater from neck down and skirt from waist down in St-st in LINE.
About Sweater
Cast on sts for the back. Work back and forth with turning rows to create and shape slanting shoulders, and cont until underarms. Knit up sts on each shoulder for left and right side of front. Cast on sts between the two front parts and join to one front, and cont back and forth until underarms. Join back and front and cont in rnds until full length. Knit up sts for sleeves on edge of armholes. Work sleeves in rnds and end by using a larger size ndl for extra width at wrist. Work neckband.
About Skirt
Begin to work double waistband, cont with St-st in rnds and inc at front and back. Work to full length and cast off k-wise.
Knitting Needles: Knitting Needle no. 3½
Knitting tension: 21 sts = 10 cm
Accessories: Elastic band, 3 cm wide and in suitable length for waist
