This Marius sweater in Tynn Peer Gynt has a soft A-shape that gives a modern expression to the classic pattern. It is knitted from the top down.

Product information
Sweater with soft A-line shape worked from neck down.
Begin to work neckband with ribbing in rnds. Then work turning rows to shape a deeper neckline. Cont to work pattern according to diagram and inc sts between pattern borders to shape a round yoke.
Divide sts on ndl for sleeves back and front and work parts separately in rnds, and end with ribbing.
